Liked: Such a charming and uniquely elegant hotel. We really enjoyed the multiple shared common areas, books, and games as we were traveling with other parties from our family. It was a perfect blend of private rooms and communal spaces (with access to a full kitchen as well!).
Disliked: With such a storied history (shared with us by staff), it would be wonderful to have some historical references in and around the hotel. Play up the history!

Second stay, just as nice...

Liked: The breakfast is fine. very convenient, but nothing to write home about.
Disliked: It was pretty hot in Jacksonville, and the whole town seemed to be closed. A swimming pool would have been amazing! We can't fault you for not having one, but boy would it have been nice.
