Soft bed; excellent service - they were patient and knowledgeable when I had a question; the hotel was quiet. I stayed for two nights and I will never use another hotel when traveling - this is my go to.

Even though I had a...

Liked: The location was great - the staff were great - the bed was comfortable - the room was spotlessly clean - all the amenities were nice. ALMOST a perfect stay at a wonderful hotel.
Disliked: My only complaints (and I understand these are 1st world problems) are: 1) A lack of outlets to charge devices - especially no outlets or charging stations on the nightstands 2) Complimentary tea and coffee in the early morning would be nice for those of us that are early risers. The coffee shop is excellent but a bit costly. BTW the gentleman who mans the coffee shop in the morning is a gem.

Affordable Luxury

Liked: I had an amazing stay. I was gunna share a bed with the kiddos to save money but they upgraded me to 2 beds upon arrival at no additional charge. It was beyond what I expected, very beautiful and clean in the inside. Great friendly staff. Great location close to everything. Will definitely stay again when I return to Dallas.
Disliked: Food didn’t look appetizing or have good reviews
