We got engaged! It was the most perfect hotel to get engaged in - we know it will be there for 100 years and we can come back for our anniversary every year. The room was quiet, much larger than we expected - although it was older it had been updated nicely and we had a great time. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was a nice touch. However, we weren't there for the milk and cookies it sounded very nice!

Liked: The room was beautiful and much more than we expected.
Disliked: Could have used a few special extras in the room i.e. popcorn or silverware.

I cried, many times. was...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The staff was rude, not accommodating or empathetic at all. Messed up my reservation, truck people making shipments to the building caused safety issues in the parking garage, got trapped and staff did not care at all.

Excellent stay for a conference!

Liked: Food and service at the bar/restaurant were great, room was comfortable, and the location was excellent!
Disliked: The printing at the business center wasn't great. There was no ink and the tablets didn't work very well. The wifi was fine in the room but really slow in the bar/restaurant area.
