Disappointing

Liked: Food was decent.
Disliked: Water from the shower in our first room wouldn't drain out and ran onto bathroom floor. We had to step on water and soaked towels whenever we went to the restroom. The next day we informed the front desk to inform maintenance and maintenance never came. Later that day we were put into a different room.

Liked: Great breakfast with the works. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean . Very nice pool with cabanas.

Don't bother reserving a room

Liked: The staff was great and polite. The lobby was georgous. There was an issue with my reservation, but Nicole fixed the issue.
Disliked: I stayed at Magnolia Bluffs, maybe three years ago, and it was beautiful inside out. This time was much different. Homeless people hanging out at every entrance. The room was dark. The furniture was old. The bed sunk in the middle. Blankets were not on the bed. We also had spiders. It was a far cry from my last visit.Magnolia Bluff appeared more like a hotel for transits. It definitely was not worth $497.00 for a three night stay.
