Overall we really enjoyed our...

Liked: The house is quite new, big and spacious. It is equipped very well. Parking is easy and right next to the house. Reception is very attentive and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The place was cleaned very well.
Disliked: Some things are in a somewhat lower quality/standard then the rest. For example: the door handles are cheap and precarious and the shower head handles/knobs as well.Electric kettle is not provided and using the stove top kettle is much less convenient.They are very cheap on the supplies. You get one small bar soap per bath so you need to move it from the sink to the shower.... when asking for another I was told that it costs $1, same goes for every thing else like the dishwasher capsule or paper towel roll..All staff members that were sent to the room when needed did not speak English at all !!

Wonderful stay and perfect housing...

Liked: Everything was new and very clean. The amenities were great especially for the kids. We were able to make food and bbq easily. Everything was very accessible and front desk was amazing.
Disliked: I feel like the kitchen needed more pots/pans and serving dishes especially in a 4 bedroom house.

Disliked: We stay 8 nights, the property did not care for small things, they didn't even provide bags for the trash or toilet paper during 8 nights. Prior to our arrival, I sent a few packages, and the property charged us 5$ for each package, even small ones. In the middle of Manhattan, the hotels did not charge for packages, this is unacceptable and they did not provide any info regarding in booking.com

Liked: It's located 8 minutes drive from animal kingdom & magic kingdom. For family with 3 kids, we had a room & a private shower for each kid. The laundry machine & dryer are perfect.
Disliked: 1. There is no cleaning even for long stay.2. Only a very small complementary shampoo, conditiner & one toilet paper. You need to pay for any more even for long stay.3. Only one complementary dishwasher capsule.4. For any package you get to the hotel, you have to pay.5. The checkout is early at 10 am.6. There were some damages around the apartment which made it feel not well maintained.

Disliked: Didn’t collect our rubbish for 3 days despite putting it out as per instructions, then when I asked the reception about it, they said it was an HOA problem, not a hotel problem. All I know is that it wasn’t my problem and I booked with a hotel, so I expect it to be fixed! It was eventually collected but what poor customer service Things like kitchen accessories were poor quality and missing basics like a teatowel and spatula. One small chopping board for a 4 bedroom house that slept 8 people is not good! The coffee pot handle was wobbly and dangerous when we got there, so it broke when full and smashed, cutting my husband. We bought a replacement pot because we didn’t want to be stung our damage deposit but it should not have been like that in the first place, I’d suggest inspecting the contents of the kitchen when you first get there and inform them of any missing or broken itemsAir conditioning was on a sensor so when you didn’t move at night time, it would switch off!!
