Deceiving & very off putting.

Disliked: The helicopters and police were out all night. The location was very far & confusing. They also go about charging customers a seperate $200 charge that they say is a deposit but it’s not they just want to keep your money. They also lie. They said we used their towels and washcloths when we brought our own. They also said we had so much water all over the floor it caused them to shut down 2 rooms for damage. Asked for proof & they told me their decision was final and won’t reply back to me anymore. The first room they put us in was filled with mildew & smelled straight like urine. They also lied all out the amenities & charge you just to breath there. Even the coffee in the “reception office or check cost about $3.00 for a smedium size cup. The man at check in was rude & I wish I never took bookings advice to room there after our other booking was basically a prison yard. If I’d known they would have scammed us I’d have taken pictures.
