Great value and location!

Liked: The location, friendly staff
Disliked: Too much noise coming from the street. Window isolation should be considered.One of the ladies from the breakfast room wasn’t too friendly

Liked: The location!!! Great staff at reception.
Disliked: The girl at the breafast with two braids, and her attitude, don't try to make coffe, she will scream, and you have no idea that she is just alowed to make coffe, roling her eyes and etc...

Liked: Breakfast is good... location is accessible to train, shops and meeting points
Disliked: Breakfast cannot be packed for take away for our early departure for tours.

Liked: Our stay at this 2-star hotel was a good experience. The location is a significant highlight, as it is very central and convenient for exploring the area. Disliked: Room is very small no amenities in the room at all also towels was dirty no water bottles in the room same they need to work on cleaning side more

Exceptional

Disliked: Hotel Madrisol is perfectly located, just a few steps from Puerta del Sol and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Madrid. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a nice bonus, with fresh juice, pastries, and good coffee. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Madrid!
