Liked: Good location
Disliked: They didn't tell us that the hostel was under construction, and we had to walk a long way to get answers. The mobile phone line was full. It was difficult to contact and clarify doubts. We didn't have the breakfast we paid for.

Very bad

Liked: It was the worst hostel I stayed in in Madrid... the reception staff was super ignorant and rude... the place was dirty, I don't recommend it for tourists. Sleep at the airport, it's safer.
