Hotel is conveniently situated. Setup...

Liked: Location Excellent Close to CBD and transport
Disliked: Aircon didn’t work in master bedroom and it was quite warm. We informed Receptionist who told us that maintenance will look at it but it still didn’t work and we did not get any feedback.

Liked: Location close to Roma Parklands and Central Station
Disliked: The room was overlooking a roof and view was very poor, otherwise comfortable.

Good but some FOH training...

Liked: All good. Big room, great location.
Disliked: There was one member of reception who spoiled it by being pointlessly argumentative and awkward when I needed a replacement key.
