We had an excellent stay...

Liked: The staff were so kind and so nice to talk to they really go above and beyond to help guests . They understand good customer service. The location is the best if you like the beach and boardwalk especially being that the tram is no longer in service. It’s very convenient walking distance to everything we wanted to enjoy. The rooms were very clean. The shower was nice too and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was also very nice and clean and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again soon. Parking is tight but we parked and just walked everywhere. We brought a folding chair with us for the room and it came in handy as there isn’t any in the room. Thanks Madison Beach!
Disliked: WiFi a little weak and parking lot needs repaired but not a huge deal.

Liked: I come 3 time a year for over 6 year and only stay here is the only one I love so far.

Overall Nice Stay

Liked: The location was great! Plenty of parking. The pool was really nice. The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms are very small but comfortable. The AC wouldn't go into low mode so it was very loud and on high the whole time. There was no closet for storage of bags and it was the smallest shower I've ever had. The pillows were flat and not great.
