Small room, clean, good size...

Liked: The location was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.
Disliked: Room #144 was too small. The beds were high to allow for you to put your bags under the bed because there wasn’t room to put anything on the floor. If you did, you would trip on it. The beds were so uncomfortable. We had two lamps and only one worked because the plug was too far away. An extension cord would be nice. Our tv was complete static. They don’t have a phone in the room to call the front desk. I had to use my cell to call them. I said something about the tv and nothing was done. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean, has a place to lay your head and is close to the action, this would be an ok place for that. Especially if you don’t plan on hanging out in the room. There are no chairs or couches, only a bed. There’s no room for them. The room is literally a square around a bed with a tiny bathroom with a shower. If you are a larger person, I would not recommend this place. I am average in size and the door opening to go in the small bathroom was small for me. I couldn’t imagine being a larger person squeezing in there. You could tell they tried to update/renovate the rooms. They did have a nice size fridge which was nice!

Liked: Room was fine for myself and my friend. Was clean when we arrived. Location was good.
Disliked: The room next to us had WELL OVER 4 people staying and they were very rowdy, loud, obnoxious, drunk (underage as well), and were give FIVE… I repeat FIVE warnings before they were evicted. My friend and I knew two of them and did them a favor and just held onto their keys and a few other personal items so they could get out within the ridiculously allowed 15 minutes, before being fined. Next day comes, and the boy came to get his things from us. he was not staying there, nor did we tell him to come, but they kicked me and my friend out WITHOUT at least one warning. We were not rowdy guests. Yet we weren’t granted so much as a warning. Not one. My parents called and spoke to the owners because they kept our $150 deposit which is supposed to see to be for DAMAGES. They refused to give us our deposit. This place is a joke. Never again.
