Disliked: dirty, little or no breakfast, bed was hard, hotel room smelled musty or moldy, windows need replaced, way over priced.

Disliked: Not very clean. The room smelled damp and musty. There we old style key locks used on the doors instead of the card key. exterior doors remained unlocked all night. Breakfast was very little each except Sunday morning. Free WiFi is a joke - we were in a room off the main hallway and could not get WiFi, we had either use the Hotspot from my phone or go to the lobby. Bed was rock hard. Windows all need to be replaced. The price was way too much, almost 200.00 per night and it was probably only worth 50.00 per night.

Disliked: everything, they didnt inform that pool was unavailable before I booked and paid for it and now they refuse to refund me and lied about offering me a different room

Disliked: location, pool wasn’t open, it was obviously a old AmericInn with none of the benefits and I accidentally double booked for the same night and they would NOT refund my money - this place really needs the money judging from staying there - please save your money so they don’t rip you off and stay somewhere else

Liked: The attending lady, Laurie(?), was very friendly & helpful. She made sure everything was up to my comfort & convenience. Very nice lady!

Liked: The staff there was excellent, accommodating and freindly.
Disliked: This felt a bit outdated, the family member I was was upset at the pool being closed, which wasn't mentioned when I booked.

Liked: Very friendly, positive staff -- Laurie! Super clean, newly remodeled bathroom. Great lobby with pool table, great hot breakfast. Comfortable mattress, quiet room!
