Liked: The location is ideal; the balcony in our room made the room more livable
Disliked: Ridiculously small room; poor service ( lack of personnel)

Clean hotel, disappointing customer service...

Liked: The Hotel is in a good location - near bars, restaurants, shops and the metro.
Disliked: I booked a stay at this hotel for a special trip to Paris with my mother, who had been unwell. At the time of booking, I explained the purpose of our visit, and the hotel kindly assured me that our room would be upgraded at no additional cost—a gesture I truly appreciated.However, upon arrival—after already making a partial payment days prior—I was informed that the promised upgrade would not be honored. This felt quite disingenuous. There was no real acknowledgment of the situation or meaningful apology, which made the experience disappointing.While I understand that upgrades are subject to availability and I wasn’t charged for one, the hotel should not have made promises they couldn’t keep simply to secure a booking. Because of this lack of follow-through and transparency, I would hesitate to stay at this property again.

Ideal hotel for a stay...

Liked: Great location, easy to get everywhere from (metro entrance very nearby). Rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: Nothing

Great Hotel and Amazing Location!

Liked: Location was smack in front of St Madeline, which meant you can literally walk to Place de la Concorde. The room was extra spacious and the balcony offered a great view adding to the wonderful experience we had.
Disliked: The elevator was quite cramped (which I assume is common in France), given it's near the shopping district and adjacent to main roads it meant some noise level during rush hour. Which is acceptable if you're a tourist since you shouldn't be there during these times.

Disliked: Shower over the bath was terrible. Way too small and dangerous. Had to go to staff and request shampoo as not refilled twice.
