Liked: Breakfast was great, staff were amazing. The location was very central and quieter than expected given that the train line is quite close.
Disliked: There is not much that can be done about the access in and out, the road is very busy and makes it difficult to enter and exit. However, this is a minor inconvenience. I did have difficulty finding it, but that could have just been my GPS.

Overall stay is above average...

Liked: Comfortable and cosy bed, room is spacious and with laundry available at no cost.
Disliked: It was rather noisy on Saturday evening.

Good sleep at night

Liked: a group of us have soccer game in nearby field which is 5min drive, this place is the perfect location to stay overnight, got everything in one location. the size of the room the food, the venue even the kids zone got video game and arcade games, was quite at night, you can hear the train which from a few hundred meters away but that does not harm your sleep at all which is important to us.
Disliked: nothing really, if the hotel could provision the EV charger, or just even the ourdoor power plug just a few of them so the EV car can be charged overnight, as I can see more and more EV travel to that area.
