Loved the hotel. Everything was wonderful!

We stayed dry overnight with...

Liked: The room was clean. That’s about it.
Disliked: We booked a King room and upon arrival the room wasn’t available. We were given a double queen room with no adjustment on the price and the front attendant blamed it on us for booking through a third party. 30 years I have traveled all over the world and that’s the first time I was told what I booked in advance wasn’t available upon arrival. For this alone I’ll never stay at another Marriott. I expect what I pay for, you did not deliver on that, but you sure charged me for it. The prices of your snacks and drinks at the front desk are ridiculous. $5 for a 20 oz drink at the front desk should be criminal. You are blatantly gouging your customers and that’s pathetic.

Disliked: The rooms weren’t cleaned like they should be. The bathroom shower had hairs all over the place. There were red markings all over the wall and there were cracks and random piles or dirt in multiple places.
