great spot to explore S
Liked: Great location in potts point, lots of food and drink places just outside. 15 minutes walk to botanical garden, another 15 to opera. good view from window. helpful and friendly staff!
Disliked: nothing omes to mind

Brilliant location. We had stunning...

Disliked: A little tired, and some things didn’t work (lights etc). But overall it was fine.

Disliked: While an adequate hotel, this complete lack of privacy concerns is an identity theft disaster waiting to happen. I have no received a reply to the below email, I will update if I do. "Dear Susan, I would like to provide some incredibly important feedback regarding our stay over the weekend. I would appreciate a reply ASAP. We were informed upon check-in, that copies of both my drivers license and credit card needed to copied and archived ( for an infinite amount of time under questionable security). This is the first time, after hundreds of hotel stays this has been asked to be copied, cited all the time, copied never. This is a complete invasion of privacy and could easily lead to identify theft. This might have been appropriate 30 years ago but is completely inexcusable in 2024. I have no problems with both those things being cited and a pre-authorisation being taken if needed. Copying this information to be stored on anything but a highly secure encrypted format is illegal under the privacy act and for good reason. With copies of that ID, staff members at your hotel now have access to: My name, address, date of birth, phone number, credit card number and license number. This is now enough information to commit identity theft and drain all the life savings from my bank account. Or to be sold on the dark web. This is a disaster waiting to happen. I can nothing but commend the lovely staff member who assisted us, I'm sorry I don't know how to spell his name, Myre? He was incredibly friendly and when I returned to talk to him, after explaining my concerns, retuned the copies of the ID. I hope this information can help you update your policies, to comply with Australian law. "
