It was good… We didn’t...

Liked: The rooms are furnished nicely. We needed help with one if the TaV’a… they sent help later in the evening while we were at dinner.
Disliked: No breakfast… and not a restaurant. Would be a nice addition.

Liked: Beach and can fire rings.
Disliked: Could not check in until 4. However they did work with us and get us in a bit earlier.

Liked: Nice view, location was convenient for what we were doing.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable, very, very firm. Felt like the beach area could have been cleaner.

Liked: This property is a bike-able distance from Arnold Transit Co ferry to Mackinac Island, which helps because parking there is free vs. $$ at the ferry line parking lot!
Disliked: This property is in need of a refreshing facelift! Everything from decor to the pool are fairly tired and dingy looking. We stayed for two nights prior to going over to the island. We were gone ALL day the day between the nights we stayed, and housekeeping never tidied up our suite or brought fresh linens. We were not given the WiFi password, or told that we had complimentary access to a nearby hotel’s indoor waterpark, which we might have visited had we known. The beach also seemed grungy, not clean. There was no volume monitoring on the property beach at night, and loud, intoxicated individuals were enjoying reliving their glory days well past 2:30 AM. One positive: we always check sheets for evidence of bedbugs when we arrive to stay in hotels. We found no evidence in our room, thankfully.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant.. Selina was VERY accommodating and fun .. we really enjoyed her. She was helpful in providing information about the local eateries and activities. The gentleman at the breakfast buffet was very friendly. The location was perfect‼️
Disliked: The road construction out front may have been a like confusing..

Disliked: Forgot to tell us about and where the breakfast was.

Liked: Big room, right on the lake.
Disliked: Floors a bit dirty. No free breakfast like chains. Prices high becau Of local event.

Great stay for 1-2 nights.

Liked: Good location within walking distance of Arnold Transit ferry to Mackinac Island, large room and very friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing.
