Very good

Liked: Have stayed here for five consecutive years. If there are issues generally taken care of right away. Was glad to know that they went back to being staffed 24 hours this last year. Older hotel but comfortable.

It served its purpose

Liked: The size of the room was great for our bigger family. We also enjoyed the balcony. The entrance was kept up well and beautiful.
Disliked: The beds were hard and once you got passed the entrance, you could tell the age of the hotel and the hallways were semi clean. The vending machine would not work. but these were minor issues.

Pleasant

Disliked: Better soundproofing is needed between rooms, with problems particularly because of the connecting door. We didn't know our neighbors but could hear them coughing, etc.
