Mackinac Lake Trail Motel

Very comfortable would stay again!

Liked: Very clean inside and out. Great landscaping. Very friendly staff. Bed was comfy. We were very comfortable.
Disliked: Need a small desk or table in the corner. A full length mirror. Need hangers on the rack. And a couple more hooks for towels/toiletry bags in bathroom.

Liked: It was a nice old style roadside motel, pool was clean and nice, rooms were small but functional and very clean, the staff was great got new towels and such almost every day, no housekeeping but no big deal, had free coffee and tea every morning. Centrally located close to everything even the UP
Disliked: Thought it was a little weird that the owner had a house built onsite through one of the motel doors for an entrance and the parking was a little tight.

Liked: Beautiful location, very comfortable room at a great price. The short lake trail cannot be beat.

Disliked: If I had to complain this would be the only thing I could think of, the pool closed early and no hair dryer in the room.
