Liked: Great hotel with all the facilities you need, rooms are spacious. Beach is just across the road from the hotel. The bar and restaurant is also great, and all staff were very friendly and nice.

Won't be back

Liked: Room wasn't made up when we arrived so we were asked to come back in about an hour. We'd already taken our bags upstairs to the room. Lady doing the rooms apologised as she was there by herself. Staffing levels very poor. Bar lady doing reception, bar and service. Went for dinner in the restaurant - grilled Barra salad and coleslaw. The Barra was very oily, coleslaw was like glue and the salad was mainly lettuce. So much for a healthy option. The single bed squeaked every time you moved - looked like it had come from an op shop. The lounge didn't look as if had been cleaned since it had been put in the room. Place could definitely do with a refurb. Obviously the photos taken for booking.com site were from when it was new. Building could do with a good clean down especially outside the rooms. Very disappointing - glad I didn't book for a week.
