Disliked: Public holiday, so we missed out of the free breakfast. But not really a dislike about the property.

Disliked: They tried to get an extra 40 dollars for my dog, I don't have a dog, I have a service dog which is an extension of me and not a pet, then I got told by staff I wouldn't get a hotel, I informed him Airlie Beach hotel was more than welcoming to have Zala, they ended up putting us in a dog room which is right near where the smokers are, so no I will not stay there again.

From the moment we checked...

Liked: Location was handy. Room was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Continental breakfast had a number of choices and the pancakes were great. 😋
Disliked: Nothing.. totally satisfied.

Liked: The staff were nice, and the position of motel was good
Disliked: Wasn't aware dogs were allowed in rooms, till a car pulled up next room and a big dog got out and went into the room. I had to take allergy tablet when in room as allergy to dogs. Breakfast was included but had to be done between 7 and 8.30. So didn't get to have itThe bathroom door would close properly and the glass windows didn't shut properly. There was also blood on one of the pillows on the bed
