My amazing experience in Macia...

Liked: I came to Granada for the first time and stayed at Macia Plaza hotel. I liked everything, the staff were really friendly and helpful and always there when you needed them. I had to stay for 10 days. The room I booked was small and when there was an available room, the manager and the receptionists upgraded me to a bigger and more comfortable room which was amazing gesture from them. I was extremely surprised and happy and it made my stay even more pleasant. Such a thing has never happened to me before and shows how dedicated to making their guests comfortable all the staff really were. What's more, the rooms were clean and tidy and there was always a receptionist available to help. Also the breakfast was really good and offered a great variety and choices. Overall, everybody made me feel comfortable and like home, something I'm very thankful for and when I travel next time to Granada I'll choose this hotel again!
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
