Liked: The property is stunning. Great location. Very premium fit out.

Liked: Great location and facilities, short walk to the beach, easy to access hot tubs are great addition, food in restaurant was delicious, decor was great, the whiskys and chocolates in the room were a nice touch
Disliked: Some staff - wait/ bar in particular- were a bit rude, service v slow in restaurant/ bar, and a few things missing from the rooms which would have made the stay much more comfortable, such as a fan in the rooms so we didn’t have to open windows to let flies in or risk someone entering the room as we were ground floor, hooks to hang wet coats on, the light not flickering, water pressure of the hand shower, and the hot tubs being ensured it was at temperature as had dropped to 30 degrees - felt these aspects let it down for the price of the stay, and they aren’t ’big fixes’ but would make a huge difference to the comfort

Liked: The different rooms available for use, and the furnishings.
Disliked: I think it would be good to have a seperate price for continental and cooked breakfast. I dont eat alot for breakfast but still had to pay 20 pounds for a bowl of cereal. Many other hotels differentiate.

Liked: Loved the decor! The staff was extremely helpful and even mailed back shoes that fell out of our car. The restaurant staff was top notch.
Disliked: The person attending the golf shop could have been more helpful. We didn’t know where hole number one was located. We had to set up the trolleys which did take a bit of effort to shove in the handle. The golf course should have better signage on the course at least for hole 1.

Liked: We felt spoiled by the staff the whole time. Especially Sara!! Great breakfast. Beautiful views from the room. Super relaxing. Short walk to beautiful empty beach
