Liked: Great location
Disliked: We have been staying at the MacDonald Windsor for quite a few years now. Absolutely zero privileges for our loyalty. We were at first given a tiny room with a standard size double bed. We booked a delux room. Reception were no help, issue was only resolved when my husband asked to speak to the manager.

Liked: Location was excellent for us
Disliked: The shower head above the bath was leaking profusely.My wife always wants to use the shower head to rinser her hair. It leaked so badly the floor was a total mess making it extremely unpleasant in the bathroom. We did not report it as we were on our way to Ascot and we were late, no time to report and have it fixed. It should have been picked up by your supervisors as part of the pre use inspections.
