Liked: The concierge service was outstanding on my arrival and throughout my stay, I felt so welcomed. I’m pleased I got to show them my days painting on my return.

Liked: Excellent location ,everything on your doorstep ,very relaxing place and the staff couldn't do enough for you
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the check in time was quite late but they did accommodate us and got us in earlier I do like to use leisure facilities while I'm in a hotel but besides that there was nothing to complain about

Liked: Location great. Room was quiet. Very comfortable bed
Disliked: Miserable greeting. No smile. Paid 220 pounds for 1 night. As soon as money was taken, we were told there was a graduation party that would go on till midnight. Should have told us before we paid. Loud music so couldn’t sit in the bar for a drink so forced to go out. Room was quiet though. First thing I noticed was the mirror in the room was not clean. Cushion on bed was stained. Shower gel attached to the wall was watered down. On leaving the same miserable greeting. I had to say good morning before I got a response. I don’t expect 5 star treatment but pleasantries are so easy and should be a basic requirement in hospitality.

Liked: The location was perfect. The hotel was lovely, the staff so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed, not very comfortable. When one person moved in bed, it disturbed the other.Pillows far to soft.
