Liked: The room was comfortable; we went for the upgrade to a Dulux room. We were met with a warm welcome & smile :)
Disliked: Breakfast was surprisingly poor, unfortunately. The welcome on the way in didn't seem very welcoming, they seemed to keep very little out, and it didn't seem very fresh when we arrived. Disappointed as I do like a breakfast .. Lack of parking meant we had to use the local car park although not too far i did feel nervous leaving my car there overnight.The AC in the room was not great & the room just didn't warm up..

Beautiful hotel in prime location

Liked: Very good location opposite the castle. Beautifully presented reception, bar area & breakfast room. Rooms comfortable & a good size with nice modern shower room. Had fridge & tea/coffee facilities & lovely big comfortable bed. Staff attentive, helpful and polite - especially the valet who helped us with our car & cases. Been before & would come here again if in Windsor
Disliked: Mix up with rooms. Asked for a castle view when booking for our American friends. Even when checking in receptionist said they had one. Got to room & it was looking onto a brick wall!! Got rooms changed but a bit embarrassing. Be good to have a smart TV these days
