Good hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Large, comfortable room. Very central location - very close to the train station and Windsor castle.
Disliked: Nothing.

Definitely worth a return visit

Liked: Brilliant location, excellent helpful staff, rooms very nice
Disliked: Could not for the life of me manage to operate the AC to make the room warm. Everything else was great

Enjoy our over all stay...

Liked: The room. Large as my husband has a mobility scooter
Disliked: The staff member who booked our car in. Very impatient as we had a mobility scooter and luggage to unload. We felt very imtatated.

Awful stay. Would not return....

Liked: The only plus point are the staff. Everything else was tragic.
Disliked: Beds aren’t double size, they’re 4ft small doubles & are rock solid.Coffee machine didn’t work.I had to get a new key for the room 7 times. “Maintenance” let themself in to our room at 9:30am.

Acceptable.

Liked: We changed rooms for a larger room with a sitting area. It was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The room had a view of the castle and a balcony although scaffolding spoilt the view slightly. I was confused as the receptionist told me £90 for the two night upgrade but wanted £200 when I paid!.There was a reasonable choice at Breakfast and it was generally good. Concierge service was excellent.
Disliked: We paid for dinner in the hotel on one evening. The waiting staff were not what you'd have expected, especially in view of the price. We had to get their attention for service. A better evening meal at the Ivy (a few doors down) was miles better and significantly cheaper the following evening.
