Located in the heart of bustling Chester city center the Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel is the perfect place to enjoy the famous shopping and historic places of interest that Chester has to offer by day as well as boasting the best of Chester's buzzing nightlife literally on its doorstep. Just 10 mins walk from Chester racecourse and Cathedral. Free WIFI via the cloud is available in all areas. Rooms have period features and modern facilities including a flat-screen TV. Some rooms at New Blossoms have leaded windows and cornices or city views. All rooms have an private bathroom a work desk and ironing facilities. The restaurant serves seasonal ingredients and the best produce available. A full English breakfast and room service are available. Chester has a long history and the Roman Minerva Shrine Medieval city walls and Victorian Grosvenor Museum remain today. The famous Roman amphitheater is literally at the end of the road! The North Wales coast and Liverpool city center are 30 minutes' drive away. This is our guests' favorite part of Chester according to independent reviews. Brilliant stay, defo returning

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and value for money.Staff went out their way to help, very courteous, and nothing was too much.Very relaxing and calming atmosphere at the hotel.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Comfortable stay in very central...

Liked: Very central location, fair sized single room.
Disliked: Room could do with updating, paint peeling, no power socket by bed, internal sound proofing window broken.

Disappointing

Disliked: Shower would not go cooler so couldn’t have a shower due to not being able to stand under scalding water.Also not hoovered carpet.
