Fantastic hotel

Liked: Staff are very friendly and polite also the rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable with tea coffee and all the extras supplied. what more can you ask for.

Disliked: No pool which is advertised on photosDon't take cash, has to be card payments - never known an establishment refuse cash!Booked dogs in and room on 2nd floor - long way to get them out via lift/stairs in the morning for toilettingFire exit staircase was a dead end to a locked door. Very glad we found it by accident during the day and not at night if there had been a fire!!! Rooms really need better ventilation/air con. Our dogs panted all night long even in front of the small fan
