Liked: This is a lovely country house hotel. The staff were excellen. The manager was most helpful and went way beyond what was expected to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The private dining room amazing..Excellemt chilled drinking water is available in the corridor with a glass jug and glasses in the room.
Disliked: The fence which I imagine they will take down soon. There were no spa facilities.

Liked: It was really attractive and it was good value.
Disliked: A bit meandering and far between buildings in wet weather.

Comfortable stay, pleasant surroundings.

Liked: Hotel was comfortable and clean, delicious breakfast, and being sat in the conservatory, overlooking the ground added to the atmosphere.
Disliked: Staff at breakfast were a little inattentive, especially as there didn’t seem to be many guests, we had asked for some more tea and coffee but it was completely forgotten about and we had to go find staff to chase the tea up.
