Superb

Liked: Is this hotel is spectacular and we absolutely adore it!
Disliked: We somehow got a king bed that spent three days pulling apart with a big gap in the middle and our backs hurt. There wasn't any other accommodations for us, but I would like to say this is uncommon for this establishment and we absolutely still give it a high rating and every aspect and will continue to go there repeatedly!

Liked: Checking in and checking out. Bed was comfortable room was well appointed.
Disliked: Putting better information on the location of the hotel, directions on your website do not direct anyone to the actual hotel. Speaking to other guests they were told it was only 5 minutes walk from the train station we were charged £17:00 a trip for a taxi to town. Easter Charges apparently.

Beautiful location, quiet and serene...

Liked: The room was very spacy and the beds were extremely comfortable - even the rollaway bed for our daughter. The location is quiet and beautiful, and the service is very good. Onsite parking is a bonus.
Disliked: The cooked breakfast wasn’t that great unfortunately. We did have to ask for eggs to be recooked as the hard boiled eggs were soft on both days!

Affordable luxury. Anazing staff

Liked: Met by receptionist who was really lovely. She looked after us throughout the evening. All staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was fantastic as was the breakfast. Thank you so much for a lovely stay
