Liked: Water taps in the hallways provided both still and sparkling water, which was a nice touch. There was a really nice swimming pool and sauna. A classic but delicious breakfast.
Disliked: I don't mind the charm of an old house, but the elevator definitely needs an update.

Bedroom nice but service was...

Liked: Breakfast buffet .Didn't use the pool or gym but it looked good.Big king size bed and nice bath with hot water Big garden at front
Disliked: Waiting times at The bar as was no one there numerous of times No ice on the hottest weekend so we brought our own ice and drinks so we could enjoy without waiting for staff .Staff wernt very knowledgeable when asked questions . Plug socket wasn't a UK socket at side of bed

Liked: The room was comfortable and stocked with tea and coffee.Breakfast was tasty and well presented. The staff friendly and knowledgeable . I also had a massage and facial.
Disliked: Ceiling had an alarm system. This flashed on and off all night and was hard to ignore. Room 1.

Liked: The location and hotel was a lovely place. The staff were friendly and very helpful and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff made this experience a very good one.
Disliked: The sink and toilet in my en-suite could have been cleaner
