Staff excellent and a credit...

Liked: The staff, to a person, were first class. They were welcoming friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, the food was excellent and the public areas were very pleasant.
Disliked: The room was very tired in appearance and quite simply did not feel like a quality hotel. The bathroom had mold on the grouting in places and gave a feeling of disappointment that I would not expect at a McDonald's Hotel, I have stayed here before but probably would not again.

Liked: Location was superb and the hotel, although a little tired, felt classy.
Disliked: More attention needed to cleaning - bathroom bin was left full of something unpleasant. Toiletries a little sparse - no shower gel for example. Tea & coffee in room also not enough, although more was provided on request.
