Disappointed

Liked: Easy to find, parking was ok
Disliked: The place is dated and tired. Our room 409 was so dark & dingy. Bed was rock hard and one pillow was so thin and the other hard and lumpy. No lime/lemon for a G&T . Tables in the bar were dirty and sticky and not cleared regularly. Basically expected more than we got, left very disappointed.

Nice stat but would choose...

Liked: The hotel was very nice and the facilities very good, good location and staff very friendly
Disliked: A little dated in places and for a lovely spa hotel there were too many children running around and creating a lot of noise, chaos at breakfast, especially.

Arrogant reception & very basic...

Liked: It was OK. Nothing particularly.
Disliked: Room was in the basement. Dark & cold. Not even any biscuits with the couple of tea bags!

Would deffo return, the hotel...

Liked: Amazing hotel. Room spacious and bed super comfy. Additional bed was accommodated for little one. Reception man Rob (I think that’s his name) couldn’t do enough. He was really helpful. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Swimming pool was cold and it was a shame the jacuzzi had been emptied. If I could give any feedback to the pool it would be to limit the 7-10 swim for children to be families only as the pool isn’t huge and there was a man doing aggressive lengths today which meant the children couldn’t really move away from the pool edge.
