Overall an enjoyable stay in...

Liked: A beautiful building in lovely surroundings. Enjoyed the spa facilities and pool. The weather was hot & sunny so it was nice to have the loungers out in the garden and enjoy the outdoor hot tub.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit chaotic as they kept running out of things such as the eggs and fruit. Only one chef who was over worked.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Room was large and bed was comfortable. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Lovely swimming pool and hydropool. Elemis products to use.Nice grounds
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great considering the cost! Food lukewarm.

So so sadly disappointing for...

Liked: Hello there after some from traumatic life events and ill health and also my only daughters 18 th birthday . I wanted us to have a break from our unsafe home and have a break from living in fear as it was my Wonderful daughter’s big eighteenth birthday . Sadly our experience wasn’t one I would like to repeat. I don’t have a lot of money and when I have stayed years ago on several occasions it was lovely . However this was underwhelming for us all .
Disliked: The cleanlieness, access to water with appropriate equipment and water flow . Many more things I haven’t got the energy to list as I’m disabled also .

Fabulous hotel, restaurant and spa

Liked: Staff were so friendly and efficient. Spa was amazing and treatments were really good, had back massage and facial. Good value for money. Restaurant food (lunch and dinner) outstanding.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: Price for breakfast 24 pounds bit overpriced

Disappointing

Liked: Close proximity to surrounding area. Not expensive given the location.
Disliked: Staff were not particularly friendly/ talkative except from one delightful waitress at dinner. The price for a child to have breakfast @ £18 each is a little over the top especially for a 2 year old who had a banana and some Nutella. The breakfast selection was poor and unappealing especially the fruit salad being served in a giant plastic tub. In hindsight if we had viewed the breakfast selection we would not have paid £72 for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2&4) we would have gone into Ascot or Windsor for something. Cleanliness of the changing room in particular the drain outlets in the Showers and centre changing area

Disappointing stay, rooms in need...

Liked: Restaurant and Bar Staff attentive and great with children. Food was enjoyable.
Disliked: Deluxe Family room this was not. Room 162 in need of modernising. 2 x pull out beds held together with torn bedsheets under the mattress . Extremely uncomfortable for my children. Stone Bath surround split and about to fall out, shower screen seal leaking putting water all over the bathroom floor . When i spoke to reception at check out to advise this was not Deluxe in my opinion there was not much in the way of explanation . I then asked them to look at some pictures and presented pictures of the beds, at which point they seem interested. I’m Still awaiting contact from the hotel.
