Superb

Lovely but starting to look...

Liked: Location good, breakfast ok not as good as other buffet types such as Hilton but sufficient.
Disliked: Steam room closed and not reopened, the hydro pool jets partially working, looking tired in areas such as pool and spa, decking dangerous around hydro pool

Liked: We didn't have the breakfast booked with our room so ate when we were out
Disliked: The first night we checked in, the blonde girl with her hair tied back on reception was really condescending. We nipped out as soon as we arrived and hadn't had time to read the guest leaflet, but were told by her that the gate opened when you drove close to it. What she didn't tell us was that when you are leaving the hotel there is a code to input. I rang the reception when we tried to leave and she rudely told me it was on the guest leaflet. Wasn't impressed by this!

Liked: Stayed there a few times over the years & the staff have always been brilliant
Disliked: Breakfast used to have a wider choice,would rather hash browns to potato cakes which seem to bloat you.

Ok location wise for our...

Liked: Excellent location for our golf day at SunningdaleRestaurant excellent.Gated car parking on site.
Disliked: Long walk to room from Reception along corridors and up steps.Comfortable enough room but decor very tired. Windows didn't shut properly. Just enough milk in the room for two cups of tea, told to contact reception if we needed more ! Tiny biscuits , one each. No air con. Lots of empty food trays and bottles and glasses left outside the rooms, these were left for hours and also plates etc left in the bar area not cleared. Basically the whole hotel is in dire need of an upgrade.

Liked: Staff were very good. Co operative especially thanks to the staff Fidou who was very helpful and pleasant at all time. And the night receptionist who found my lost phone.
Disliked: The timing of breakfast and kids swimming didn’t work well.

Ok for a cheap hotel.

Liked: Staff were excellent
Disliked: 3.5mile walk to my room with 2 small kids. Everything in the hotel is old and worn out and doesnt work anymore. It was probably quite nice when it was new.
