Liked: £79 last minute booking, value for money at this cost and a nice bar area.Have been before on a Sunday and is value for money on a sunday and with BOOKING.com discount.
Disliked: ROOM- very tight/cozy. ONE bedside lamp for a kingsize bed which didn't work, so NO working bedside lamps! Moved the desk lamp over for an hour in the evening.HOTEL - tired, in need of refurb, but fine for just £79 as a last minute booking with a friend, which is the same as travelodge.SPA - salt room, steam room and experience shower all out of order, so 2 saunas and a pool working, less than 50% working facilities.1 guest was complaining when we arrived that the drinking water dispenser on her floor wasnt working. 1 guest was complaining about breakfast when we checked out. 2 ladies were complaining that there was an aqua class going on when they arrived for a spa day.

Liked: It is a lovely location, the room was a good size and it was a comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly too.
Disliked: The decoration felt a bit tired in places, and in comparison to a similar price venue the spa felt a little less relaxing/luxurious than we had hoped.
