A nice hotel that doesn't...

Liked: Room was nice, 4 poster, walk in shower, spacious, however, there were issues.
Disliked: No reception on TV, offered different room but couldn't accept as it was upstairs and we needed ground floor (or a lift) for mobility issues. Hotel wi-fi is practically non existant, once you connect, it denies you access to everything, told receptionist, she agreed. Fresh milk available on request, so I requested, took 24 hours to arrive. Car parking is advertised at £5 per day, I was there for 2 days, Fri till Sun and was charged £15, and that's with a blue badge!Breakfast was good but anything slightly differing from the norm (eggs benedict, etc) gets charged a supplement. That doesn't happen at the other 2 hotels I've used in Woodstock.

Spacious bedroom with very comfy...

Liked: Great location in central Woodstock, a very pretty village and worth a visit even if not interested in Blenheim. Our room was spacious with steps down to private bathroom. Lots of authentic features including the slightly uneven stairs but don’t let them put you off. Breakfast had many options and the black pudding was delicious. Just to address a comment about the half slice serving, that’s because it’s very crumbly so they give you an extra thick half slice. Hotel is really a gem with a nice cosy bar too with open fire.
