Liked: Good Location.Beautiful grounds. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: A/C in the room not working in a very hot room but we where given another room. Hotel needs updating. Its more of a good 4 star rather than 5star.

Disappointing.

Liked: The gardens are lovely, great location in central Bath
Disliked: The spa needs majorly updating and cleaning, very poor for a 5 star hotel. Same with the rooms, mouldy and dirty bathrooms particularly the shower. Rooms need painting, lots of dirty marks everywhere.

Liked: Classic hotel with friendly and professional staff.
Disliked: Bathroom was tired and needs updating re decor. Wine and food very expensive. Spa was dated and needs TLC.

Liked: Very fancy, staff were so lovely, bath was very nice and so was bathroom. View was lovely. Very close to the city and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in
Disliked: Would have liked the tv to be a bit more modern. I know it’s picky but no apps on the tv to log in to just standard channels. Walls did have a lot of marks on the walls aswell where something has bashed into it.There also seemed to be a speaker in the bathroom but I couldn’t figure out how to use it, that being said I’m sure if I spoke to the staff they would have helped so that’s not a big deal. A very very lovely stay overall just a couple nitpicks to not make it 10/10

Liked: SPA was great. Staff nice and friendly. Cocktails very good. Place was spotless.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit slow, seemed understaffed and continental selection could be much improved.
