It's ok

Liked: Location was great and grounds and staff were nice.
Disliked: I thought the outside space in annex area could do with some work. It was untidy and shabby. Could have done with some seating and less laundry carts. Also could do with fresh bottled water in rooms.

We stay there 4/5 times...

Liked: Location and the staff apart from the the American man on reception who could do with additional training on customer care
Disliked: The room was noisy we had to go out to get some peace from the washing machines and or driers room 112 . The breakfast was tired

Disliked: Quality of mattresses - in need of replacement. Bed covers stained. Bathroom taps not too good. Room generally just a little 'tired'.

Disliked: Lack of mini bar, lack of water in room, unmemorable breakfasts . Standard room is standard , could be more interesting

Convenient and good value

Liked: Pool and leisure area very good. Very convenient for Stratford centre. Room comfortable but needs more sockets by bed for chargers etc.
Disliked: Needs some money spending to upgrade. Staff generally friendly but breakfast staff a little Fawlty Towersesque. We were a large group but cooked breakfast orders were a pot luck shot with you never sure what you'd get. 2nd day a little better and food better than the reviews.
