Macaluso's at the Lantern Lodge

Overnight stay.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. We were there just for one night. It was very clean. It looked like it was newly painted.
Disliked: No complaints

Superb

Liked: Surprisingly comfortable. Owners are going through refurbishing each room. I was in a new room and it was nicely redone.
Disliked: No complaints.

Close to Jim Thorpe.

Liked: Place was clean and everyone was super friendly.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The motel was close to my destination (Jim Thorpe) and very inexpensive. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Motel employees were parked in front of my room so that I had to park several rooms away. The shower drain was rusted away. The room was so small that there was no place to put 2 persons' luggage except on the floor.

Liked: This is not a 5 star hotel, but what you get is a very clean room with basic amenities and an exceptional value. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and accommodating and they also have a fantastic bar and restaurant.

Second time staying.comfortable and clean...

Liked: The room was very clean. It had a lot of availability and affordable price.
Disliked: Motel is a a little outdated.Rooms were very basic with no real amenities.
