Mabie House Hotel

A wonderful stay

Liked: We had a brilliant stay at Mabie House Hotel. The staff were excellent and would go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and our evening meal was decent. The setting is beautiful and we also enjoyed a lovely walk the Sunday morning. It was nice to meet the hotel dog and parrot.
Disliked: Our room was too warm but it was a particularly nice evening. Even with the windows open, we were too hot. I even found the dining room in the morning too warm. The fish from my husband's evening meal didn't have much flavour unfortunately.

Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was good, comfortable beds. Great food in the evening and also for breakfast. Walks and cycling on your doorstep too. Overall fantastic stay, we will go back
