Disappointing
Liked: The location was great
Disliked: Upon our arrival the hotel had a WiFi outage which I understood however, the manner in which the situation was handled was very disappointing as there was no contingency plan. We arrived on time and was only able to check in the following morning at 2:30 am

Disliked: We had 2 days without room keys and had to be escorted. It was inconvenient and not a pleasant experience

Under the circumstances, my stay...
Liked: Location is great. Hotel has been renovated though the renovation not completed.
Disliked: Hotel system failed on July 10. Check in was manual, room keys were not distributed. Access to the room internet was not possible. Each time a guest left the room, one of the staff members had to escort the guest back to the room and open the room's door. Issue has not been resolved for 2 days. Staff was short and could not handle the situation. Long lines created by the reception desk until 0300 AM in the morning (July 12). I can understand that issues occur but it seems that there was no back up plan in place and not enough staff was in place to manage the situation. This was a deep disappointment. The hotel did not offer any kind of compensation to the guests who got affected

Very dissatisfying service.
Liked: Location is good and the room is convenient with great view.
Disliked: Check in process was horrible. We arrived before 15:00 and the receptionist refused to even check if our rooms are ready. She just told us to come at 15:00 as this is the official check in time. At 15:00 there was a line of 50 people waiting to get their rooms but one we finally got to the reception desk (an hour later) we were told that there are no keys, and we have to wait for a stiff member that will escort us to our room and open it for us. We were on a tight schedule (we came for the jazz festival) and by the time we got our rooms we were already late. Same thing happened when we came back from the festival at 01:00. No keys. Had to wait 40 minutes for escort to our rooms. Only on our second day we got a key During the first two days we didn’t have WiFi in our rooms and had to pay for cellular web access. The whole experience was very unpleasant and inconvenient.
