A very pleasant, beautifully designed...

Liked: The bed was unusually comfortable, nice room design, could prepare coffee in the room, a basic gym but very isolated and with a nice view and a little grocery shop in the entrance floor that can satisfy your basic needs
Disliked: The sliding door in the bathroom is a not so good idea in my opinion. Doesn’t give a feeling of privacy

Superb

Liked: The facilities and location as well as staff were all excellent, spacious rooms and parking facilities although off site were across the road and the hotel provided a discount for parking.

It is a real shame...

Liked: Great location, great staff. Loved it. However on the second night of our stay someone had cancelled off our access cards to the lifts. It took us 40 minutes of stress to get to our room.
Disliked: Having difficulty accessing the lifts and so poor access to our room. Very very stressful. Our cards were cancelled.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: Upon our arrival the hotel had a WiFi outage which I understood however, the manner in which the situation was handled was very disappointing as there was no contingency plan. We arrived on time and was only able to check in the following morning at 2:30 am
