Superb
Liked: Super friendly staff on arrival. The information regarding our room and parking was very clear. The location was perfect for what we needed. Definitely will recommend and stay again
Disliked: The bed was a little firm from what we were used to, but still comfortable We could only check in/ talk to staff at the specific time to check in. We arrived 1-2 hours early and no one was around or signage to advise where what who.

Beautiful Super Comfy and Gorgeous...
Liked: Excellent Venue. Perfect situation to walk to shops and food outlets etc. Lovely walks to estuary and alongside canal. Easy drive to surf beachs. Fantastic Management and staff all very obliging. Beautiful large open plan apartments, with great Kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. Comfy large bed in masterbedrooms. Lovely heated pool and fantastic indoor gym area. Great accessible parking. We cant wait to stay here again.

Gross kitchen utensils
Liked: Location. Bedding fresh and bed comfortable.
Disliked: We were really disappointed with the kitchen cutlery and utensils — they were unhygienic and of poor quality. For the price we paid per night, we expected at least clean, usable basics. We ended up buying our own cutlery from Woolworths around the corner because we didn’t feel comfortable using what was provided. Clean and decent utensils aren’t expensive — Target and Kmart offer good options — it just comes down to respect for guests.Check-in was also confusing. There was a lack of clear communication between Booking.com and the actual provider. We had to ask around on arrival, and thankfully a cleaner helped us get in touch with someone. Then we were asked for our credit card details and told there was a $300 bond required before we could check in. Later this amount was changed to $200 without explanation. This process felt disorganised and unprofessional.
