Perfect place

Liked: Really really nice people and really nice hotelBus and tram really close to the hotel and metro at 10mn
Disliked: 30 to 40mn to go to the city center

Liked: Everything was perfect. The owner was nice.

Bad

Host is nice, the place...

Liked: It was ok for one night at this price.
Disliked: Loud people in the room next door, fine for smoking is 200Euros, they still smoked inside. Bathroom is really old and creepy.

Going to the same hotel...

Liked: Friendly staff, restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby, access to public transport, affordable room prices, and clean (but old) rooms. Staff was able to organise parking with short notice and prepared coffee for us in the morning. Late checkout possible.
Disliked: Parking options are limited in the area, no breakfast (we didn’t ask either for one), building and rooms are old.

Liked: Close to the subway (<10 minutes) and tram (<2 minutes), quiet place.
Disliked: I had a nice stay, but the description is not accurate: the bathroom seems to be common for several rooms. Reception does not speak english.
