A roach motel ran by...

Liked: Nothing. The price was low, but that should have been foretelling
Disliked: The worker was rude. We booked and quickly realized we booked the wrong place. I called to cancel and was told there were no cancellations. Being as we already spent the money and it was getting late we decided to just stay there. In a nutshell the place stank of smoke and weed. The room had stains everywhere, the bathroom had bugs and cigarette burns. The bedding stunk so bad my child’s asthma started to bother him. We quickly decided it wasn’t possible to sleep in this mess. I got my family back in the car and checked out. The next we called to ask about our refund and we were told that someone came and asked for our key so the desk rep gave them our room key and that since they stated in the room we can’t be refunded. Mind you this was after 3am, and in a city we have never been to or heard of before, so no one we knew approached the desk looking for a key. Truly a dispicable hotel with a staff that shouldn’t have any interaction with customers.

Disliked: It was very old and outdated had a very weird smell

Liked: The cleaning staff did a nice job except for hair in the shower. The desk staff were accommodating.
Disliked: Felt unsafe. Large gap between door and the floor leading to hallway. Door leading to shared balcony didnt have a safe lock on it. The hotel smelled like cigarettes smoke. The shower had hair in it.
