Overall a fine experience.

Liked: View; accommodations.
Disliked: WiFi was inconsistent. There was nothing in the room that explained the options available in the hotel.

Liked: The front desk staff person we checked in with was great. We also appreciated the bottle of wine sent to our room for our anniversary. I don't want to seem ungratefull but see below.
Disliked: A weird lobby and elevator experience. Lots of time waiting for the elevators. The lobby and dinning area was always crowded and noisy. And the place smelled of cleaning fluid. And the rooms were not exactly modern.

Location, location, location.

Liked: Amazing location, fantastic doorstop bar with great views over Time Square. They also had games consoles for the kids and other games, which was great.
Disliked: Would be a little more comfortable for families to have x2 queen beds is the family rooms, rather than doubles. Doubles don’t really work for groups.

Liked: Breakfast was great good choice of food coffee lovely. Games for children to play family orientated
Disliked: The room I booked was not available when I arrived. Told they allocate rooms on first come first served allocation even though I had booked a room 7 months prior. Was given a double for 3 adults one of us had to sleep on a floor which was dirty.No other room was made available for us till 4 pm the next day so had to miss a booked trip and just roam around/hang around as had no safe to deposit all out spends in etc. Lost and ruined our first few days of our holiday..
