Liked: View; accommodations.
Disliked: WiFi was inconsistent. There was nothing in the room that explained the options available in the hotel.

Liked: Very central location, very nice staff , great view of time square from Hotel lobby and balcony ( at breakfast and afternoon cocktail, the view is fantastic)
Disliked: 50% of elevators didn’t work ( 1 from 2 elevators from street to hotel lobby )

Disliked: Beds smaller than in room description. Long queues for breakfast

Liked: The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The rooms could be cleaner.

Short but sweet

Liked: I loved the terrasse, amenities and location. I really enjoyed my view of Times Square!!
Disliked: The rooms were humid and sheets were always damp.

Disliked: The broken lift and taking money ouf of my bank account prior to my arrival and with no prior notification. On the plane, i got a possible scam notice from my bank but couldn’t call the bank or you on the plane. This caused anxiety.
