Overall a fine experience.
Liked: View; accommodations.
Disliked: WiFi was inconsistent. There was nothing in the room that explained the options available in the hotel.

Love this hotel for its...
Liked: Love the central location of this hotel & the amazing balcony overlooking Times Square. Suited our needs perfectly. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms adequate, although perhaps now a little tired & in need of upgrade to match the standard of the lovely lobby area.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, bedrooms & bathrooms just a little tired & in need of modernisation but perfectly adequate for the minimal time spent in the room.

Liked: Staff were great. Hotel has all the amenities you need. The view from the bar outside is exceptional. Transportation links are so easy and right next to the hotel. Value for money! The beds were comfortable! Especially when you have jet lag haha. They even gave complimentary Prosecco for my birthday and a cheesecake! Thank you! X

Liked: Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Convenient to theaters, restaurants, and subway access.
Disliked: Mattress had dip in it.

Liked: All in the hotel was perfect- couldn’t ask for better location, exactly in the very heart of the city with a view to the Times Square, my room was at the 24 th floor and was enjoying the city at its maximum. The subway was on a walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the security point and luggage storage were super nice and helpful.
Disliked: The hostesses at the front desk were indifferent and didn’t put much effort for solving the issues.
