Very pleasant and comfortable experience

Liked: Close to all the facilities and restaurants
Disliked: Did not respond to request for replacement of broken light in the bathroom Restaurant was closed in the evenings

A stay that promised comfort...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently placed and the rooms are spacious.
Disliked: M Social Paris presents itself as a polished, guest-focused hotel but the reality fell well short of that promise.Over the weekend, there was no room service available, which is unexpected for a hotel of this calibre. More concerning, when we approached the front desk for something as simple as spoons, we were met not with help but mockery. Staff member Mr. Jihadul, speaking within earshot, dismissed our request to colleagues, saying, “these people have demands for spoons,” and falsely claimed nothing could be provided because the room with the cutlery was “locked”. The manager later gave us access to the items, confirming this refusal was entirely unnecessary; we were grateful for the manager’s willingness to assist (to his credit); however, a third colleague who witnessed this incident was similarly indifferent.I recognise that hospitality work isn’t without its pressures, and I’m always willing to be understanding. But what stood out wasn’t the absence of a service, it was the presence of contempt. We weren’t asking for luxury, just basic respect.M Social Paris needs urgent investment in staff training. No guest should be made to feel embarrassed for making a reasonable request.

Disliked: Sad to say the staff. Stored language and need to wait for 15 min for the staff to take it. Was changing clothes and put do not disturb at door, but door was opened by staff

I had a really lovely...

Liked: Loved the location and proximity to different kinds of transport services. Loved that I had to do only a short walk to Galleries Lafayette and other stores I needed. Overall I loved my room so much. It exceeded my expectations. I was expecting it to just be okay, but I liked that immediately I got in, it was love at first sight. I loved the vibe of the neighborhood. I was looking for a vibrant arrondissement and I am glad I experienced just that.
Disliked: I would have preferred if complimentary water was everyday as opposed to the day of check in only.

Would stay here again.

Liked: The location was suitable for our needs. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking close to many nice restaurants, especially if you like Italian and various Asian Foods.
Disliked: The weekend cleaning staff cleaned our room but didn't replace items we used, and we had to request replacements. The weekday cleaning staff was much better.

Good stay in a larger-than-average...

Liked: Hotel was very nice for the price, size of the room was great for Paris standards and very pretty! The elevator was so special and so unique. Our room faced the main street and was still very quiet inside. Wifi was solid.
Disliked: Front desk staff could have been friendlier and I thought having to pay to rent an umbrella was a bit ridiculous.
