Superb

Liked: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to key sights, restaurants, and public transport. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable.
Disliked: One thing to note: because the hotel is in a lively area and in a main street, it can get a bit noisy at night, which might make it harder to sleep for light sleepers.

Disappointed with the hospitality

Liked: The property is overrated! The receptionists don’t have much knowledge about the rooms and the charges. The signature king rooms one of their highest category rooms are positioned next to the staff service room and noisy through the day especially early morning.
Disliked: The property made an additional charge on the credit card post checkout without any valid reason mentioned. They have charged a fake restaurant bill but I never visited the restaurant. Also if this is an error from their end they are supposed to clear everything at the time of checking out and not charge the card post check out. Disappointed.

Liked: Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Room with balcony and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower at night twinkling! Close to Galeries Lafayette, many shops, restaurants, and metro.

Disliked: Whilst staff were good once we arrived, contacting beforehand was pretty much impossible. Phone rarely answered and email never replied to.
