Perfect weekend in Paris

Disliked: Not clean. Doors are broken. The staff is rude and they don’t work at night. The rooms are not clean.

Beautiful hotel in Paris

Liked: Beautiful hotel, centrally located to the Galeries Lafayette and the Opera House. Our room overlooked the Basilica Sacre Couer which was a real highlight for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Overpriced, mediocre hotel

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: Glass screen needed in the bathroom instead of shower curtains, the water went everywhere. Floors are cold in the bathroom, should provide slippers and robes. No iron, only upon request, rooms should be equipped with clothes steamers instead of irons and ironing boards. I was provided one shower cap and vanity box when there were 2 guests. Rooms should be sound proof, our neighbouring guests were making noise in the hallway and their rooms up until 2am. The tvs should have smart functions, reception area is dark, not inviting. The gym is not a gym it has 3 pieces of equipment and you are required to sign up to use it despite being a guest. The breakfast is over priced, we opted to eat at a local restaurant. Overall I would say unfortunately that this stay/hotel was not worth the price paid, our stay was mediocre at the very least.
