The room king size was spacious.

Disliked: 7th floor was burning with smoke smell - unbearable once you step out from elevator. Pewwwww.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean, though the mattresses could use an updating and would be nice if the rooms had mini bar fridges. I was concerned with the noise level since it is so close to the airport but was not an issue at all. Loved that the hotel is right next to the Galleria Mall and that we could just walk over and only a short drive to the First Niagara Center. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Perfect location right next door to the Galleria Mall and only a short drive to First Niagara Center.
Disliked: No bar fridge in the room.

The hotel was nice and close to where son was taking Bar Exam at Buffalo Convention Center. Could have really used a mini fridge for juices and power drinks for studying student.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; quiet.

The stay at this hotel was great! It was beautiful and the pool area was AWESOME!! The pool was large and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Free breakfast was very good and they gave you plenty to eat. I would stay again at this hotel again in the beat of a heart!!

I would not return to...

Liked: The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly, nThe staff was not friendly or helpful, the ice was only available on one floor. This should be made clear at the desk upon check in. For the price, we should have had more amenities.

I always enjoy staying here....

Liked: My room was clean homey, meaning it felt warm and inviting. The beds are comfortable. I am so happy that the rooms have bathtubs, because I love to soak.
Disliked: I wish they offered beef sausage or turkey sausage or turkey bacon or beef bacon for breakfast. I can't eat pork or my blood pressure goes up. (But I liked the eggs and danishes and the tea).
