M HOTEL BUFFALO

The room king size was spacious.

Disliked: 7th floor was burning with smoke smell - unbearable once you step out from elevator. Pewwwww.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean, though the mattresses could use an updating and would be nice if the rooms had mini bar fridges. I was concerned with the noise level since it is so close to the airport but was not an issue at all. Loved that the hotel is right next to the Galleria Mall and that we could just walk over and only a short drive to the First Niagara Center. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice and close to where son was taking Bar Exam at Buffalo Convention Center. Could have really used a mini fridge for juices and power drinks for studying student.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; quiet.
Disliked: No mini fridge; no continental breakfast.

The stay at this hotel was great! It was beautiful and the pool area was AWESOME!! The pool was large and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Free breakfast was very good and they gave you plenty to eat. I would stay again at this hotel again in the beat of a heart!!

Liked: I like that they are conveniently close to stores for shopping. I like the amenities that are included. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed here before so I was comfortable and excited about staying again.
Disliked: My key card stopped working on the 1st night. The hallway phone did not work so I had to go to the front desk twice. My rim phone did not work either. Also, I saw pending charges showing up on my card that I did not charge. They did fall off after checkout but it was weird because they claimed they didn’t see anything in their system that showed extra charges.

Liked: Breakfast was horrible. They same thing was served every morning fir the 5 days i was there, eggs, sausage, potatoes. Cheap cereals, minimal fruit, a lot of the Danish. Just tasted bad.
Disliked: Pool was too cold for my kids to swim in
