The room king size was spacious.

Disliked: 7th floor was burning with smoke smell - unbearable once you step out from elevator. Pewwwww.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean, though the mattresses could use an updating and would be nice if the rooms had mini bar fridges. I was concerned with the noise level since it is so close to the airport but was not an issue at all. Loved that the hotel is right next to the Galleria Mall and that we could just walk over and only a short drive to the First Niagara Center. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Perfect location right next door to the Galleria Mall and only a short drive to First Niagara Center.
Disliked: No bar fridge in the room.

The hotel was nice and close to where son was taking Bar Exam at Buffalo Convention Center. Could have really used a mini fridge for juices and power drinks for studying student.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff; quiet.

The stay at this hotel was great! It was beautiful and the pool area was AWESOME!! The pool was large and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Free breakfast was very good and they gave you plenty to eat. I would stay again at this hotel again in the beat of a heart!!

Liked: The grounds and facilities were clean and comfortable. All of the staff that I met were helpful and friendly.

It was ok but not...

Liked: It had a working pool
Disliked: The bathroom was rundown and nasty. They have a ridiculous holding charge and it was very loud in the hallways and smelt like cigarettes

Great value for money!

Liked: There are some really nice spaces in the hotel, like the breakfast area. It was definitely good value for money with breakfast included. The rooms are spacious and the check-in is very smooth.
Disliked: The bath tub in the bathroom had paint peeling off of it and so did some fixtures in the bathroom. The line for breakfast was very long and they should consider an alternate serving arrangement.

Bad

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Air conditioner in the room was barely working but more comfortable in the lobby and lounge. Wasn't able to fall asleep due to people in the next room, blaring music. Was going to call the front desk, to report this but phone wasn't working. Ended up checking out at midnight, had requested a refund and was told not at this time. Have messaged the hotel and left the manager a voice mail for the manager, but no return call. Won't be going back.
